The Department for Legal Issues is one of the service provider departments of a company. In many cases this activity is outsourced, meaning that only 1 or 2 people are employed by the company to deal with the major affairs and to coordinate the subcontracted agency or lawyers. The responsibilities and tasks of the Department for legal issues at a company are:
• Providing information and advice on legal issues for the company management and all departments
• Preparing and reviewing contracts with suppliers or subcontractors
• Preparing and updating contracts of employments
• Communicating with authorities about legal issues
• Other matters related to legal issues

As part of the HR department or at big companies there is a separate department for reception and guardianship. It is an extremely important supporting department that grants the professional flow of every day’s life. It works like a housewife in a family: if work is done professionally, you cannot even notice its existence. If something goes wrong then you realize how important all the little details are. For this department there are lots of details, like:
• Operating the reception at the entrance of the company
• Operating mail and postage, incoming and outgoing
• Operating security, guards on night duty or even at daytime
• Managing stationery: assessing needs, ordering from suppliers
• Cleaning arrangements
• Gardeners’ – if there are plants or an outside area belongs to the company building
• Handling technical issues like maintenance or repair of machines (copier, air conditioning, etc.)
• Others, depending on the company’s needs
