A Chicago Bulls
Chicago Bulls is one of the most famous NBA teams. It owes its fame to Michael Jordan who was the most successful and the best player of the team. Probably he was the greatest American basketball player of all times. He put up some of the biggest records in NBA history and wrote some of the most memorable chapters in the annals of the league.
The Chicago Bulls joined the NBA in the 1966-67 season. Fortune came along by having Jordan on the team in the 1980’s. He won every major award in these years. The Bulls were an undefeatable team then. The 1991 NBA finals brought a memorable match between the two great teams, the Bulls and the Los Angeles Lakers, both featuring such charismatic players as Michael “Air” Jordan and Magic Johnson.
In 1992 Jordan played on the United States Dream Team which won a gold medal in Barcelona at the Olympic Games. In 1993 he announced his retirement when he was merely 30 years old. But he couldn’t stop so he returned in the 90’s.
The Bulls remained a success team with new players and a new image.

Sears Tower was formerly the tallest building in the world. It is 110 storeys high. Now it’s the tallest building of North America. It is situated in the so-called Loop district. Building operations started in 1970 and the tower opened in 1973. The building weighs 225,000 tons and the basement rests on 114 pillars. The main entrance hall is 20 meters high with living trees and grass inside. The building has 16000 windows and more than 12,000 people work here every day. 1,5 million people visit the sky deck each year which offers magnificent views. The sky deck is on the 103rd floor. On a clear day visibility extends up to 50 miles. The elevator trip is only a 70-second high-speed trip but the length of the experience depends on the length of the queue as crowds of people visit the tower.
