Although electronic media are taking over much of the printed media, they still play a definitive role on the labour market. Job offers are placed in newspapers and magazines either directly by the company or by consultants (head hunters). Depending on the target group of the vacant job it can be a popular daily newspaper, a special advertising paper, a weekly or monthly magazine from a specific business area. Based on market research studies and experience, of course, HR specialists of a company or experienced consultants know very well where to place a job offer, how it should look like (brand name and logo are highly important), how many times it should appear, etc. The follow-up job is the next crucial step. Usually CV-s are expected, but sometimes a telephone number is given for questions.

Senior HR Generalist - Budapest
Tasks:
• The successful candidate will join the HR department and reports to the regional HR Lead. She/He has to work close to the General Manager and ensure the smooth run of all global processes established for the Consulting Workforce such as recruiting, compensation and benefit, company policies, training and development, career planning, etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years relevant HR experience gained in an international environment,
• University or College degree,
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian & English,
• Thorough knowledge and practical application of HR disciplines, good knowledge of the Labour Code and the relevant regulation,
• Strong interpersonal, consulting and presentation skills, conceptual thinking, planning and time management,
• Effective prioritizing and working under pressure is important.
