Customer: I should have known. It was on sale. People buy such things quite quickly.

Assistant: Yes madam, I have this brand at home and I am perfectly satisfied with it. Of course it depends on what you intend to use it for.
Customer: Well, mainly for warming up food, of course. But I would also like to try the grill function. My pervious one did not have a grill.
Assistant: I do not want to push you, madam, but I have to tell you that this one truly makes your toast and chicken crispy. Many microwave ovens have a grill function. But this one truly behaves like one of those old metal grills we were used to.
Customer: It sounds really good! I do miss those old-fashioned grills that used to make my food really crispy. And what about the heating function?
