Restaurant manager summons all the employees
Manager: I think you all know the reason for this meeting. I asked you to come here today because we’ve had so many complaints recently that we can no longer ignore them. Apparently we are facing serious problems and they need to be solved, otherwise we will all suffer the consequences. Now, let’s see the complaints we had. Too long waiting time.
Waiter: Those people are just so impatient!
Manager: Well, sometimes they are, yes, but you all are very slow, too. This must change. You are here to serve the guests. Second: cold and over-salted food. Well?
Chef: But I’m in love! I can’t help it!

Waiter: Yes, please? Is everything all right?
Guest: Not quite, I’m afraid. This soup is cold.
Waiter: Oh, I’m sorry sir.
Guest: And it tastes horrible. Actually, it is uneatable.
Waiter: I’m awfully sorry, sir. May I bring you an other one?
Guest: I’d rather you didn’t. I would like the have the complaints books.
Waiter: Are you sure this is necessary?
Guest: Absolutely. I’m not satisfied at all.
Waiter: Here you are, sir.
Guest: Thank you. (writes in the book): The soup was cold and tasteless.

Man: I’ve been waiting here for over two hours now. Where’s my meal?
Waiter: Don’t worry, it’s being prepared.
Man: You said that an hour ago!
Waiter: Don’t shout at me, it’s not my fault!
Man: I’m not going to have this! OK, I want the complaints book.
Waiter: And what not! Oh, well, here you are.
Man (writes in complaints book): Far too long waiting time and impolite service. I’m definitely not going to recommend your restaurant to anyone but my enemies.
