- Here’s your family ticket. This will allow you to enter the main area until the closing time, 6 p.m. In case you’d like to leave for lunch and come back later you can use the same ticket. You can also pick up a catalogue by the information centre and I would advise you to make a plan for going around. There’s a lot to see and you might want to set priorities concerning the areas you really want to see. You’ll also find a map in the catalogue.
-Thank you.

Giving information at the stand
You can find all information about the actual company and about its products or services as well as to whom the stand belongs. If you wish to compare products that you may want to buy or for example to decide about where to go on holiday, visiting an exhibition is definitely the best way to save time and energy. You can readily compare the offers of companies which is much easier than walking around in the city looking for travel agencies. You may even get a discount during the exhibition days or negotiate a bargain price. Exhibitors are likely to sell the exhibited products at the end of the exhibition. This way they can save transportation costs and sell their products that became somewhat shop-soiled by the end of the event. It is well worth looking for such opportunities!
Központi információs pultnál
Central information stand – this is where you’ll find the answers to any questions you might have relating to the Exhibition. It is usually positioned close to the entrance. For big international exhibitions that are spread out on vast spaces and in many different pavilions, there is a separate information desk set up in each bigger building. In this way visitors won’t feel lost or abandoned when they need help. Otherwise walking around helplessly can be very time and energy-consuming and discouraging by the end of the day.
Szendvicsemberek
The so-called sandwich-men sport advertisements of companies on their front and back. They walk up and down the exhibition area or even outside. Sometimes they stop to talk to people to offer them services, give small presents to kids or they just give visitors leaflets with information about things they advertise. They are funny-looking creatures which is a well-designed trick in order to cheer up visitors and kids and, last but not least, to generate turnover.
