There are activities or different programmes helping the inter-active way of getting information. Those are:
- things to win, usually hidden inside of a product
- quiz – games
- shows and short performances
- computer terminals are sometimes there to give information by helpful animations, short films, etc. – kids and young people like that very much.
Hangosbemondó
Loud Speaker /Announcements help to advertise the up-coming shows, programmes, closing times etc. If you have an urgent announcement -for example when you lose something or somebody in the crowd- you may ask for help at the information desk and they will announce it through the loudspeaker. There are short advertisements and soft music is also provided usually.

In the exhibition area there are signs offering information on: Toilets, Banks, Refreshments, etc. They help visitors to find out wherever they may wish to go.
Every stand has a number in addition to the company name on top of it. It is a big help for those who use the catalogue for orientation and information. It helps the administrative work of the exhibition organizers too.
